Hampstead

Hampstead is located at the center of Montgomery's fastest growing area. Just 1 mile from the intersection of Vaughn and Taylor Roads, Hampstead is within a minute's drive of all modern-day conveniences including national retailers, grocery stores, cinemas, banks, restaurants and workplaces. 

You'll find convenient national retailers just down the road, including: Publix, Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, The Shoppes at Eastchase (Target, Gap, Chipotle, Dillards, Panera Bread and much more), AMC Theatres, and hundreds of other restaurants and service businesses. 

Hampstead is convenient to Montgomery's private schools, and is located near Montgomery's new public schools. We also have a world-class Montessori school in our neighborhood, The Montessori School at Hampstead, for ages 18 months through elementary.

The Flats Locations

The Flats at Hampstead are located in Hampstead's Town Center at Taylor Road. This central location next to The Tipping Point is ideal for walking to dinner or grabbing a pint. All ages can find something to love about this location - from the Hampstead Farm or the Hampstead Athletic Club gym around the corner. Similarly, the Long Acre Flats are just around the corner on our main street - perfect for those looking to feel connected and at the heart of it all!

Directions

From I-85: Take Exit 9 "Taylor Road" from I-85. Drive South on Taylor Road (also known as AL-271) toward US-231. Continue past Eastchase Shopping Center and the Vaughn Road Intersection. Drive 1.5 miles past Vaughn Road on Taylor. The main entrance to Hampstead will appear on the Left side of Taylor Road. Turn into Hampstead between the Town Center Buildings.

From Vaughn Road: Turn onto Taylor Road (also known as AL-271) at the major intersection, traveling South toward US-231. Drive 1.5 miles from Vaughn Road on Taylor. The main entrance to Hampstead will appear on the Left side of Taylor Road. Turn into Hampstead between the Town Center Buildings.

From the Beaches and US-231: Turn Right onto Taylor Road (also known as AL-271) traveling toward Interstate 85. The main entrance to Hampstead will appear on the Right side of Taylor Road. Turn into Hampstead between the Town Center Buildings.
